1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on LuckyDraw ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned.
- LuckyDraw employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Reward Points
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are non-transferable between accounts.
- LuckyDraw reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or expire points if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Daily claim, referral, and social share limits are enforced by the system and cannot be bypassed.
4. Lucky Draw Participation
- Points spent to enter a draw are non-refundable once a draw is closed.
- City-wise draws require your registered city to match the draw restriction.
- LuckyDraw reserves the right to cancel a draw and refund entry points if insufficient participants are received.
- Winners are selected randomly. No manipulation of results is possible.
5. Prize Claiming
- Winners must claim prizes within the deadline specified in the winner notification email.
- Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will be forfeited and a re-draw may be conducted.
- Prize delivery requires a valid Pakistani postal address.
- LuckyDraw is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services.
6. Coupon Codes
- Coupon codes are single-use and cannot be shared or resold.
- LuckyDraw may disable any coupon code without prior notice if misuse is suspected.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake accounts or using bots to earn points is strictly prohibited.
- Self-referrals are blocked at the system level.
- Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Platform will result in immediate account ban and potential legal action.
8. Account Suspension & Banning
LuckyDraw reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these terms. Banned users forfeit all accumulated points and prizes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
