Each draw has its own entry rules. Some draws allow multiple entries which increases your winning chances, while others allow only one entry per person. Check the individual draw's details page for entry limits.

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may have points subject to expiry — we'll notify you well in advance if this applies to your account.

Point purchases are non-refundable once processed, as they are used to enter draws. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support within 24 hours.

Winners are selected using a certified random algorithm when the draw closes on its end date. Every entry has an equal chance of winning. The selection process is automated and cannot be influenced by anyone — including our team.

If you win, you'll receive an email notification at your registered email address. You'll also see a notification in your dashboard. Winners are announced publicly on the Winners page (with consent). Make sure your email is verified so you don't miss your win!

After winning, our team will contact you within 48 hours via email to confirm your identity and delivery details. Prizes are delivered across Pakistan within 7–14 business days. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize may be redrawn.
